PURPOSE OF UNITED METHODIST WOMEN

 
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
 
At FUMC Warner Robins, small groups (called circles) meet at least once each month.  These groups help to foster fellowship and spiritual growth.  We share together through devotion, studying a particular book of the bible, or by using our program book.  We encourage each member to develop a deeper walk with our Lord and Savior.

We strive to expand our missions, both locally and globally.  Members of UMW are dedicated to running our weekly outreach through our Clothes Closet.  There is also a group of faithful women and men who make up our Bereavement Committee.  They coordinate a dinner when we have a death in our church.  Support is also provided for:
