The Clothes Closet provides clothes, free and for sale, to anyone who enters our doors. We carry men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing and shoes. Scarves, socks, blankets, linens, and pillows are also a part of the Closet.
We are here primarily to help people who are unable to afford clothes at either the traditional retail outlets or even the Clothes Closet’s discounted prices. Additionally however, we want to make good quality, inexpensive clothing available to those who are not willing to take a handout and those just needing to buy good, inexpensive, second-hand clothing. With the money brought in, we are able to help other mission ministries. As it is with so many mission areas, those of us who are able to serve in the Closet end up being the truly blessed children of God.
God-Given Talents Needed: A truly loving and caring heart that reaches out in empathy while at the same time being sensitive to those in need and to their dignity.
The Clothes Closet operates on Thursdays, from 12:30 - 3:00 PM.
