Hospital Bed

The United Methodist Men have an electrically controlled hospital bed that may be loaned to a church member with a need for same.

Pall

A pall is a special cloth used to cover the coffin at a funeral.  The same Pall is used in a congregation for funerals; and thus all coffins, however plain or extravagant, are vested as equals before the table of the Lord.  The Pall is placed over the coffin before it is brought into the place of worship and is removed in the Narthex after the service.  Flowers are never placed on top of the Pall.
